Spinout WB I-290 Near I-355: Super Cold Streets Means Return of Interstate Spinouts

The return of super-cold streets brings back the risk of spinouts and crashes. The temperature is about 16 degrees with a 2-degree wind chill. Numerous spinouts reported this morning, such as the one below on WB I-290, just west of I-355. NB I-355 backed up bad; WB I-290 backed up. Illinois State Police and Itasca Fire on the scene.
