Union Pacific Metra Northwest Line railroad gates stuck in the down position in downtown Arlington Heights at Vail Avenue and at Dunton Avenue with no trains in sight on Monday afternoon.
Metra/Union Pacific was notified of the downed train gates at about 1:00 p.m.
