The Metra website was down for a short time Halloween morning, October 31, 2013, when two of the four servers malfunctioned and resulted in some commuters finding that they could not access metrarail.com.
The two servers began malfunctioning shortly after 8:30 a.m., according to Metra.
The metrarail.com website was back to normal by 1:30 p.m.
