Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:37 AM Friday to a report of a body on the railroad tracks near the Metra Train Station, Buffalo Grove, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a body — possibly deceased — was found on the train tracks about 500 feet south of Deerfield Road near the Buffalo Grove Metra train station.
Police and fire activity is concentrated at the bus turn around. Trains have been stopped on the North Central Service.
The victim is reported deceased at the scene.
